Naval/Nautical Modeling and Rendering

MICAD SRL In collaboration with “AT FORMARE PER INNOVARE” has obtained funding for training courses with support from the European Social Fund Plus of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and/or the European Regional Development Fund of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia ERDF 2021-2027 call for proposals approved with Resolution 2076 of December 22, 2023 concerning “a.4.1.1 SKILLS FOR INDUSTRIAL TRANSITION – S4 TRAINING CATALOG.

The course develops nautical and naval technical drawing skills using 3D modeling software for the creation of hull construction drawings and/or complete systems and related renderings, also making use of virtual prototyping software that, thanks to the application of artificial intelligence and New virtual and augmented reality technologies will optimize work processes.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to execute technical drawings for hulls, superstructures, and vessel layouts using appropriate technologies, and create parametric three-dimensional graphic models and renderings of hulls with structures, systems, and accessory components using specific software.
